Where have all the jobs gone?

From entry level college grads to senior executives and CEO’s the job market outlook is increasingly harder to look at. The economic crisis has indeed filled the job market with 1000’s of candidates each day, candidates that are in line waiting for the same interview you are waiting for. When the pool of candidates far exceeds the available number of jobs, you have a situation that can take many people to the edge especially lower and middle income families.

For hardworking, middle class families, watching what they spend is not nearly enough. When a devastating layoff happens, most families are put into emergency situations where job searching can be ineffective and time consuming. As a Nation faced with record job losses and a bleak job market outlook, we have to turn to technology to open the door on career opportunity and advancement.

America’s most favorite job search Websites are abundant but many of them are played out. Today’s job seeker must work smarter not harder to find a better paying job in less time. One example of technology that empowers a job seeker is Resume Distribution. Resume Distribution allows job seekers to effortlessly control automated job search bots and help them quickly target desirable jobs rather than engaging in out dated job searching and career advancement techniques.
